For many years I have been into fitness and exercise. From a very young age, I trained in Irish Dancing, later taking on Ballet, Tap and Jazz.

Since leaving school and joining University, I took a keen interest in going to the gym; cardio, weight lifting and pilates.

Between attending University and having a busy schedule, I can fully relate to the difficulties in finding the time to exercise.

Now having a full-time job in a bustling city, it is extra important for mental and physical well being to maintain a structured fitness regime.

Besides attending Equinox regularly, I also enjoy Pilates at home.

All you need is a yoga mat and your body (lol), so it is great in the morning or before bed time.
